Tax Attack

Dear Friends,   the dragon is angry.  Last night aft sundown some members of our church who are very active in working for the Kingdom received word that the IRS of the USA is disallowing all their controbutions to our local  church.  I will tell you that our local church has always been very careful in its handling of money.  As many in our congregation give liberal portions of our income, many of us have been audited many times.   Never have we had a problem.  Someone we know who worked for GCAS and for a while for a tax accountant informs us that the implications of this for the American church is incalculable.

I find myself asking myself if I have given all I could while the giving has been easy.  Will I give as willingly if I cannot count it on my  taxes?  How will I feel with what I have left when we are no longer able to support God’s work with our funds at all?  What else is ahead of us?  Will such things wake more of our people out of their sleep?  What way can we respond so that God’s kingdom is promoted?

Please pray that we will know how best to respond to this.

Yours in the Blessed Hope,

Shining

Dear Shining,

If you study these things carefully you’ll soon learn that it is most unlikely that anyone you know of has any income as the word income is defined for the IRS Code by the US Supreme Court. Also you’ll learn that there are no taxes at all that are lawful and constitutional, i.e. besides possibly the tax on gas, which may be considered an excise tax. That which you pay as “income tax,” “sales tax,” etc. is nothing but a free will tribute, i.e. contribution, to a foreign corporation named Federal Reserve Corporation. As Clinton once said in his southern drawl when asked whether he thought people should pay taxes: “I think that everyone should contribute their fare share.”

Also please note that Yeshua never encouraged paying taxes - though people wrongly believe and teach that he did:

If you read carefully Matthew 17:24-27 you’ll find that Yeshua actually reprimanded Peter for having entered into a contract with them that receive tribute money. Because the bible teaches that contracts are most important to live up to once entered into, Yeshua instructed Peter to satisfy his misguided contract by paying the tax for Peter and Yeshua. But notice: Yeshua did not instruct Peter to pay the tax for any others besides the one who made the promise and the one for whom a promise was made, i.e. for Peter and Yeshua, not for any of the other 11 disciples!

Also read carefully Matthew 22:17-21, then don’t forget to think at least twice before you pay anything to Caesar! Who does your time belong to? Who created your time? Who does your strength and work efforts belong to? Who gave you those? Did God or did Caesar? You see, it’s all a matter of whom you chose to give credit to for being the creator of those things, isn’t it? Now, think very carefully, What if anything did you ever get from Caesar or from the Federal Reserve Corporation, i.e. besides trouble, lies, deception, bad health, bad teeth, etc. etc.?

Perhaps you think that you got your “money” from the government or from the Feds? Well, if you think about it, it is true that “Time is money” and also that “Money is time.” The Federal Reserves Notes are not money. You can call the Federal Reserve Bank to have that confirmed. The Federal Reserve notes that people call money are in themselves nothing but worthless paper, which however are valued by others and can therefore be used for bartering, i.e. for exchanging things between people, e.g. exchanging your time and effort for FRNs. Bartering is not taxable. Therefore you cannot owe a tax for anything received by bartering. Accordingly you do not owe any tax for the worthless papers called FRNs.

However, be very careful to satisfy all the contracts you have already entered in to! Nonetheless, there is a remedy even for those ungodly contracts - Remember God is calling His people out of Babylon. It is a step by step process called in the bible: The Way. The first step is defined by the First Commandment, which tells you to recognize from whom you get all your powers. The choice whether to heed God’s law or Man’s law is up to you, just as that same choice was once given to man per Genesis 2:16-17. God will, from then on, guide you step by little step out from under the unlawful contracts that you may have entered in to in your ignorance and on no other basis and that which is being called the whispering of the neighbors. In other words, taxes are paid on no other basis than rumors and rumor mongering. Who is the rumormonger and traducer above all else? Are we to submit to him and give our first fruits as a tribute to him, if indeed we are God’s true Sons and Daughters? What do the Scriptures teach you?

Study the law carefully and you’ll find that no contract is valid if not entered into on a lawful basis. But you must still follow the proper procedure for notifying the party, e.g. IRS, with whom you have entered into the contract with, of your claims. Your claims can be that you were being deceived into believing that you had by law a preexisting obligation to pay a tax and that by your own mistake you then assessed yourself a tax you did not in fact owe. One way of doing this is to simply ask IRS in writing for the law that makes you obligated to pay a tax. They’ll never answer you because there is no such law. You should then be able to use that letter of yours to them as proof of your claim of not owing a tax. If you send them your question as Registered Mail and if you include an Affidavit of Mailing signed by a third party witness who is thereby verifying that your Registered Mail did indeed include your letter with your question, then you have proof of claim which should be strong enough to counter any claim of theirs - if you know how to use it and if you do not allow yourself to be intimidated by their threats and deviousness…

Do not waiver! Stand up straight for the One and only who is your Creator from the beginning!

I want to set one thing straight: The income tax question is not our Present Truth. God has not given us the charge of preaching against taxes, nor to evading taxes.

No matter the moral or legal basis (or lack thereof) for income taxes, we must not align ourselves with those who oppose the established order. Such a course would only cripple our influence.

Jesus refused to be caught up in political questions or to oppose the Roman rule. That was not His mission, and neither is it our mission. We must devote all of our energies to carrying forward the unique message that has been entrusted to us as Adventists. All the time spent in searching for loopholes in the laws of the land so that taxes may be avoided is worse than wasted.

The earth is the Lord’s, and the fullness thereof. He will provide for all our temporal needs, including what caesar requires us to pay.

Again, tax evasion is not our present truth.

God Bless!

Dear Eric,

You are correct re tax evasion being illegal. Tax evasion is basically the same as breach of contract. A contract voluntarily entered into. That is unlawful and unbiblical. One of God’s most fundamental principal is the honoring of agreements, contracts, and covenants, most especially our marriage covenants, but also unlawful contracts entered into, such as unlawful taxes, until such unlawful contracts are lawfully exited.

Tax avoidance is entirely a different matter. Tax avoidance is lawful. Ask your IRS representative and confirm what I’ve shared above!

Confirm the truth for yourself! Never trust any man! Not me, not your neighbor, no one but the source pertaining to each specific! Above all, always search the Scriptures!

Did you ever truly search the ultimate source pertaining to taxes? The IRS code? If you truly did, please show me where it makes you liable for any tax you’ve ever paid! Yes, I know, its all too easy to read just about any paragraph in the tax code and attribute it to yourself, but when you really study it you’ll never find yourself liable - unless you’re a very rare bird indeed!

So why continuing the practice of diverting your God given powers and your God given time towards such ends as murdering unborn babies, promoting and assisting family destruction, deceptive advertising leading people astray from true health and happiness, promotion of patentable but unnatural pharmaceuticals as a substitute for God’s natural remedies, automobile computers designed to make sure your car cannot be easily made to run anywhere near as effectively as it could be, and in general destroy the earth and each one that lives on this planet… Cf. Revelation 11:18!

Rev 11:18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.
