I request for prayers for my application for a work visa to go through for New Zealand it’s been a month but i know that the Lord is still in control. Also for me and my wife with our 18 month son we are going through tough times but we know the Lord says he will never put us through things that we cannot over come. James 5 says “The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.”

Winnie | June 30th, 2007 at 12:06 pmI am requesting prayer for my husband and me. He is just coming out of seven years of depression and anger over the death of one of our sons. I have remained active in the church but he has just now begun to take an interest again. I ask these two things: one that I am encouraging to him without taking over his leadership in our home and that he will seek a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
